1. Orders

By placing an order you make an offer to purchase the selected products. An order is confirmed once you receive our order-confirmation email. We may decline or cancel orders due to stock, pricing errors or suspected fraud.

2. Pricing

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We strive for accuracy; in case of a pricing error we will inform you and offer a corrected order or refund.

3. Payment

Cash on Delivery is available by default. Where online payment is offered, it is processed by a third-party payment gateway subject to its terms.

4. Shipping & delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates. Title and risk pass to you on delivery. See our Shipping Policy.

5. Returns & cancellations

Returns and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. Living products

Plants are living items and may show natural variation in size, shape and colour. Minor transit stress (e.g. slight leaf drop) is normal and not a defect.

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, or use it for unlawful purposes.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the value of the relevant order.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts at Telangana having jurisdiction.
