Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to purchases from TECHFIT ENTERPRISES PRIVATE LIMITED.
1. Cancellations
You may cancel an order within 12 hours of placing it, provided it has not already been dispatched. To cancel, contact us with your order number.
2. Returns & replacements
As we ship living plants and perishable garden products, returns are accepted only in these cases, reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos:
- Item arrived damaged or broken.
- Wrong item delivered.
- Item is defective or significantly not as described.
3. Non-returnable
- Plants showing only minor, natural transit stress (e.g. slight leaf drop), which typically recovers.
- Items damaged due to mishandling after delivery.
- Requests raised after 48 hours of delivery, or used/opened seed and soil products.
4. Refunds
- Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
- Prepaid orders are refunded to the original payment method.
- For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer/UPI to details you provide.
5. How to raise a request
