- Order & delivery: shipping address, PIN code, city, state and order contents.
- Technical: basic log and device data needed to operate the site securely.
2. How we use it
- To process, fulfil and deliver your orders.
- To send order confirmations, delivery updates and account/verification emails.
- To provide customer support and improve our services.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
3. Authentication
Sign-in and email verification are handled by Google Firebase Authentication. Your password is managed securely by Firebase and is never stored on our servers.
4. Payments
For Cash on Delivery, no payment details are collected online. When online payment is enabled, card/UPI/net-banking details are processed by our PCI-DSS-compliant payment gateway and are not stored by us.
5. Sharing
We share data only with delivery partners, payment processors and service providers strictly as needed to fulfil your order, and with authorities where legally required. We never sell your personal data.
6. Data retention & security
We retain order records as required for tax and legal purposes and apply reasonable technical and organisational safeguards to protect your data.
