2. Charges

• Flat shipping fee of ₹79 per order.
• Free shipping on all orders above ₹999.

3. Processing & delivery time

• Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.
• Estimated delivery is 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on destination.
• Remote locations may take longer.

4. Tracking

You'll receive an order confirmation by email. Track your order from the Track Order page or from My Account.

5. Delays & failed delivery

Delays may occur due to weather, courier issues or incorrect addresses. Please ensure your address and phone number are accurate. If a delivery fails due to incorrect details or unavailability, re-delivery may incur additional charges.

6. Packaging of live plants

Plants are packed to minimise transit stress. Please unbox and water on arrival as needed.
